I am looking for a new housemate to move in from March 1st in our house located in Twekkelerveld.
The apartment is a 3-minute bike ride from supermarkets (Lidl and Albert Heijn), 10 minutes from University of Twente and 8 minutes from the city center.
The rented bedroom, approx. 12 m^2, comes unfurnished, except for a large built-in wardrobe. There is the possibility to purchase some items from the previous tenant.
The house has a little garden at the backside and underground bike shelter.
The monthly rent is €576 per person (excluding utilities, about €100 per month).
You will be living with one other tenant (me). I am a 26-year old PhD student at the University of Twente.
