The house is a large single family home that was recently renovated and it is beautiful. Rooms are newly-furnished spaces, with amenities of very high quality at an affordable cost. The space is ready-to-move. Each bedroom is about 10 mt2 and equipped with a super modern desk, a comfy bed, a night stand, a professional chair and a lamp.

The house is fully furnished and provides all the necessary residential and business facilities. Each resident have his own private bedroom. Shared communal services are designed to bring people together, encourage team work and social interactions. They consist of a modern living room, two bathrooms, a coffee corner, a spacious kitchen, a garden and bike parking space.

Residents have access to fashionable on-site laundry facilities. Kitchen is well equipped with high-end appliances, a fashionable dishware, and all kind of basic essentials.
